Every plan of care begins the same way: listen, assess, understand, then build something specific to you. The treatments below are the tools used to get there — chosen for your condition, not applied by formula.
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic Adjustment & Manipulation
Precise, controlled adjustment of the spine and extremity joints to restore normal joint position and biomechanics. This is the foundation of chiropractic care and the starting point for most conditions.
Chiropractic Screening & Examination
A thorough evaluation of posture, movement, joint function and history before any treatment begins — including recognising when a condition should be referred to another provider.
Flexion Distraction Therapy
A gentle, table-assisted technique that mobilises the lumbar spine. Particularly useful for lumbar disc problems and facet syndrome, where a low-force approach is preferable.
Manual Therapy & Joint Mobilisation
Hands-on techniques that restore movement to restricted joints and the soft tissue around them, used alongside adjusting where a joint needs a gentler approach.
Soft Tissue & Pain Relief
Dry Needling
Thin needles placed into trigger points to release muscle tension and reduce spasm, often with immediate effect. Dr. Moseley holds advanced and master's-level dry needling training from Australia and New Zealand (2015–2017), with a specialisation in the extremities.
Trigger Point Therapy
Targeted pressure applied to tight bands of muscle that refer pain elsewhere in the body — frequently combined with dry needling for muscular pain and spasm.
Myofascial Release
Sustained pressure applied to the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscle, to address chronic tightness and restricted movement.
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation
Specialised instruments used to work through scar tissue and fascial restriction, improving mobility where hands-on technique alone is not enough.
Cupping Therapy
Suction cups applied to the skin to lift tissue, increase local circulation and relieve muscular tension.
Webster Technique
A specific adjustment approach used in pregnancy, aimed at balancing pelvic alignment and reducing tension in the surrounding ligaments and muscles for comfort through pregnancy.
Physiotherapies
Used in the office alongside adjusting to reduce pain and support recovery:
- Electrical muscle stimulation (E-Stim) — for muscle spasm and pain control
- Therapeutic ultrasound — for deep soft tissue
- Interferential therapy — for pain relief across a broader area
- Thumper® mechanical-assisted massage
- Heat and ice therapy
Extremity & Sports Care
Extremity Adjusting
Care for the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle and foot — not only the spine. Dr. Moseley is a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP, 2014).
Sports Injury Care
Assessment and treatment for athletes at every level, from weekend runners to professionals. Dr. Moseley is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP, Palmer College, 2000) and has worked with endurance athletes, Ironman competitors, international teams and high-altitude expeditions.
Orthotics & Foot Support
Assessment of foot mechanics and custom orthotic support, where foot posture is contributing to pain further up the chain.
Wellness & Education
Lifestyle & Nutritional Guidance
Practical guidance on nutrition, movement, sleep and daily habits as part of a whole-person plan. Dr. Moseley has studied plant-based nutrition, water fasting and lifestyle medicine at TrueNorth Health Center and Hippocrates Health Institute.
Stretching & Strengthening Programmes
Specific exercises to support the work done in the treatment room and to help hold the results between visits.

Animal Chiropractic
Chiropractic care for horses, dogs and other farm animals. Dr. Moseley completed her certification in animal chiropractic in Germany (2025–2026). Animals cannot tell us where it hurts — they communicate through movement, posture and behaviour, and care begins by learning to read it.
